Project Manager / Chartered Building Surveyor (Oxfordshire)

Leys Longden and Co is a long established and respected business which is building on its success and broadening its client base.

We have an opportunity for an ambitious new member to strengthen the existing team, primarily to deal with the running of refurbishment and alteration projects on a mix of commercial and residential schemes.

Candidates are expected to be capable of meeting clients, taking briefs, working that brief into a scheme and managing a project through to final account.

The work will be varied and you would be expected to assist and support on other instructions and work with the firm's architectural assistant.

New personnel are
 *   Likely to be MRICS with proven experience
 *   Comfortable working with an existing small and busy team carrying out general building surveying work
 *   Capable of reliably managing their own time, working to tight timescales and delivering to a high standard
 *   Good inter personal skills and client friendly.

The position may be full or part time and we offer flexible working arrangements.
